Product Manager for SaaS Product
Product Manager needed for a successful US-based SaaS product with stable organic traffic. Offers competitive salary (200-300k RUB + profit share), rapid career growth to Head of Product, and a strong team. Remote or Voronezh office.
Successful SaaS product in the US market with stable organic traffic (5-6k DAU). The project is not a startup; the business model is established, and the product is profitable. Your task is to take it to the next level! Your tasks: – Product development: launching at least 5 product hypotheses per sprint, working with conversion, analyzing metrics – Team management: setting tasks, controlling deadlines, ensuring KPI achievement – Analytics and data: working with LTV, conversions, churn rate, average check – Process automation using AI tools and programming (Python/JS)
– Experience in B2C SaaS for the foreign market (USA/UK) with specific growth cases – Deep understanding of the specifics of one-time payment products with a low average check – Analytical thinking: ability to work with metrics (LTV, conversion, unit economics) – Leadership qualities: real experience in team management, results-oriented – Technical skills: confident use of AI tools, basic knowledge of Python/JS – English language C1 level for working with the foreign market We value: – Results over processes – Data and facts in decision-making – Speed and quality in idea implementation – Responsibility for results
