We are looking for a Product Manager to work on ERP systems in an iGaming company in Cyprus. Responsibilities include shaping product goals, market analysis, team planning, user experience research, and supporting solution implementation.

The team is looking for a Product Manager to collaborate on the development and improvement of ERP systems. Responsibilities: • Shape and manage product goals, transforming them into a roadmap and initiatives; • Analyze the market and competitive landscape, identifying key directions for BackOffice solution development; • Understand product architecture principles: data model, integration points, technical dependencies; • Plan team work in collaboration with development: backlog, priorities, releases, acceptance of functionality; • Conduct demonstrations of results for internal teams and stakeholders, gather feedback; • Research user experience, test product hypotheses; • Build communication with stakeholders and partners, ensure process transparency; • Develop a system of product metrics and use data for decision-making; • Support the implementation of solutions into the company's business processes and related departments.

Requirements: • Practical experience with BackOffice or ERP systems (as PO, analyst, or integration participant); • Understanding of modern corporate system capabilities: fast search, automation, interface personalization, task management; • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements for the development team; • Skills in working with APIs, authorization mechanisms, data migration, and technical limitations; • Experience in prioritizing tasks considering business goals and product architecture; • Confident work with segmentation and analysis of large volumes of user data; • Experience of the full product cycle: from task formulation to implementation in operational activities.
