To a product IT company, to our partners with an in-house support department, with in-house tooling solutions and partially in-house development of product solutions for customer support. Responsibilities: • study current processes and tools, break down the backlog of "ideas" that haven't been reached yet • analyze problems and look for options for changes • formulate requirements and assign tasks to development • accompany tasks until implementation and control implementations in practice

• have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position • manage tasks and statuses in Jira/YouTrack • maintain documentation in Confluence • have advanced Excel skills with pivot tables • have experience in analytics based on AS IS/TO BE data
