Product Manager vacancy at IT company "AlgoritmЪ" (Product Studio Company). Development of chatbots and web resources for the b2b segment. 3+ years of experience, knowledge of Agile/Scrum. Hybrid/remote/office in Moscow.

One of our areas of work is the development of chatbots and information web resources. We work in the b2b segment, our clients are small, medium and large businesses. What you will do: - Formulate product strategy and roadmap for websites based on user needs and business goals. - Analyze the market and competitors, collect and prioritize requirements for functionality, UX, and content. - Define KPIs and analyze user behavior: conversion, retention, LTV, loading speed, availability. - Develop concepts, feature specifications, requirements for functionality, integrations, and content strategy. - Manage the product lifecycle: from idea to release and subsequent improvement. - Coordinate cross-functional teams: development, design, marketing, SEO/content, analytics, customer support. - Interact with stakeholders: prepare presentations, justify decisions, manage expectations. - Ensure quality, availability, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

We expect: - Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the development of websites, digital services, or online marketplaces. - Experience in formulating product strategy and roadmap; ability to translate business goals into technical tasks. - Understanding of web architecture, frontend/backend technologies, CMS/platforms, SEO, and analytics. - Skills in collecting and documenting requirements (PRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria) and ability to write clear specifications. - Experience with analytics: defining KPIs, A/B testing, analyzing metrics, and conducting experiments. - UX sensitivity: working with user journeys, conversion optimization, content strategy. - Ability to work in an environment of rapidly changing requirements and priorities. - Excellent communication skills, ability to present results and work with stakeholders. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; ability to effectively manage the backlog.

Conditions: • Salary range: base salary 60,000 + KPI + % of product revenue + bonuses • Hybrid/Remote/Office (Moscow, Derbenevskaya embankment, 7). • Full-time/flexible schedule Employment: during the internship period, civil contract, then official employment according to the Labor Code.
