Nexpanse builds subscription products for the mass market. A new product is launching in the service applications category with the main metric being paying users with positive unit economics. The role involves responsibility for the product from launch, at the intersection of product and marketing. The main focus is product growth through changes within the product (funnel, landing pages, paywall, features), rather than manual traffic acquisition. There will be a lot of vibecoding and participation in product development: assembling and refining product components with the designer and developer.
▫️ 3+ years in product/growth in B2C subscription ▫️ Experience in mass B2C products (utilities, consumer apps, etc.) ▫️ Vibecoding is mandatory (no-code/AI/basic code) ▫️ Technical background: have written code/writing code now/technical education ▫️ Understanding of performance and SEO (at a strategic level) ▫️ Strong plus: ex-founder/solopreneur ▫️ Systems thinking, proactivity Who we are not looking for: ▫️ People without an understanding of how subscription products work ▫️ Product managers who have previously worked in R&D, B2B segments (without overlap with production) ▫️ Those who are used to working only in large structures/teams
