Nexpanse is seeking a Product Manager for their new B2C Subscription Utilities initiative. This remote, full-time role focuses on growing the product through user acquisition and retention, with a strong emphasis on AI and vibecoding. Salary is negotiable.

Nexpanse is a dynamic and fast-growing company focused on AI products in B2C markets. We create products that solve problems and make life easier. We are now launching a new direction - B2C Subscription Utilities. We are looking for ambitious people who want to become part of our team. The role is responsible for the product from launch. The main metric is paying users with positive unit economics. This is a role at the intersection of product and marketing: you grow the product through changes in it - funnel, landing pages, paywall, features. You will do a lot of vibecoding and participate in product development. More important than formal experience are personal pet projects and an obsession with AI coding and AI agents. If you build your own things in the evenings, try to monetize them, test ideas - this is exactly what we are looking for. What you will do: — Growth through product. Define and implement product changes that drive growth: landing pages, funnels, paywall, features. — Performance and SEO as tools. Understand channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO), formulate hypotheses and requirements, evaluate results - without manual purchasing. — Vibecoding. Quickly build and refine the product (landing pages, prototypes, simple features) using no-code and AI tools. This is a continuous process, not one-off tests. — Subscription model. Pricing, trial, paywall, retention. — Analytics. CAC, LTV, retention - understand where the economics are breaking. — AI and automation. Use AI for acceleration: creatives, prototypes, analytics, AI agents for routine tasks.

Who we are looking for: — Middle level. — Experience with B2C Subscription Utilities. — Strong plus: ex-founder / solopreneur. — Personal pet projects - mandatory. Show what you've built yourself: an AI agent, a utility, a website, a micro-SaaS, something for sale. — Obsession with AI: AI coding, AI agents, new tools, experiments with monetizing your own ideas. — Vibecoding is mandatory (no-code, AI tools like v0/Bolt/Lovable/Cursor, basic code). — Technical background: you have written code before, are writing it now, or have a technical education. — Systems thinking, proactivity. Who we are not looking for: — People without an understanding of how subscription products work. — Product managers from R&D and B2B segments (without experience in production products). — Those who are used to working only in large structures and teams. — People without their own experiments / pet projects.
