Remote outbound call specialist for AI business networking platform TREND, flexible schedule, up to 165,000 RUB/month.

We are looking for a permanent outbound call team member for TREND, an AI business networking platform for business owners and executives. Tasks: call former clients and participants (later new and cold leads), find out what the person does now and their tasks, schedule a meeting with the TREND team if interested, record results in CRM. No phone sales needed—just engaging conversations and scheduling meetings.

Experience in outbound calls (call center, lead generation, SDR, telemarketing, or sales), confident speech, ability to have calm conversations with business owners, readiness for pace and rejections.

Remote work, flexible schedule (work as many days a week as convenient), income based on completed tasks. Training and support at the start. Income structure: 80 RUB per fully processed contact, +300 RUB per scheduled meeting, +300 RUB per held meeting, +400 RUB per targeted client, weekly leader bonus.
