Outbound Sales / Lead Generation Specialist (Junior & Senior)

F.I.S. AGENCY, an IT agency specializing in AI automation, Telegram Mini Apps, and SaaS solutions, seeks junior and senior sales/lead generation specialists for remote work with high commissions.

We are F.I.S. AGENCY, a scalable IT agency focused on high-ticket and trending areas: AI automation (n8n/Make/LLM), Telegram Mini Apps, 3D Web/Development, and complex SaaS solutions. We have a powerful senior team of developers and architects. You won't have to be ashamed of the product: we deliver the most complex technical tasks on time. We are expanding our sales department and look for both beginners with burning eyes and experienced sales/lead generators. Responsibilities: - Junior: finding potential B2B clients using provided algorithms, cold outreach (Telegram/Email/LinkedIn), initial contact using ready-made methodology and scripts. - Senior: building cold outreach funnels for international markets (EU/USA), deep lead qualification, scheduling Discovery calls with CEOs.

Understanding of B2B sales or a huge desire to quickly master the IT field. Ability to communicate with people, no fear of rejections. Confident written Ukrainian and English (English B1+ is a huge plus for earning in $). Discipline, initiative, and focus on concrete results, not just 'sitting hours'.

High percentage of deals: 10% from net check of each closed deal. Payment immediately after funds from client (checks are high, no income ceiling). Partnership program: +2% additionally from the check of each deal of a friend/colleague you bring to the team.
