Call Center Operator (lead manager) for marketing department. Remote, Moscow timezone. Salary up to 80,000 RUB.

Our marketing department generates a large number of leads daily, which need to be called and qualified. We are actively growing, so we need energetic lead managers / operators / telemarketers. Responsibilities: - Make calls according to script using a ready-made client base (no searching, call process is automated) - Filter out those who do not fit by budget and other parameters - Consult on company services - Maintain reports in CRM system

Activity, responsibility, result orientation. Experience from half a year. Clear speech (without defects). Confident PC user. Understanding of working by scripts, knowledge of any CRM.

Salary up to 80,000 RUB (base salary from 40,000 RUB + motivational part). Remote, from anywhere on Earth, Moscow timezone. Additional payments in accordance with cooperation terms. Paid training and detailed introduction to the product and processes. Interaction by agreed time: 5 days a week, approximately 09:00 to 18:00 MSK. Work with a demanded and understandable product. Direct and friendly interaction with the manager. Corporate communication for project interaction.
