Lead Product Designer

— Experience as a design lead for 2+ years. — Strong understanding of the product approach. — Ability to build communication with stakeholders and manage expectations. — Practical experience in research and working with analytics. — Experience managing designers: reviews, feedback, development. — Willingness to influence the product at all stages — from strategy to implementation. — Portfolio is required.
