Experience as a design lead for 2+ years Strong understanding of the product approach Ability to build communication with stakeholders and manage expectations Practical experience in research and analytics Experience managing designers: reviews, feedback, development Readiness to influence the product at all stages - from strategy to implementation Portfolio is required
