We are looking for an AI Product Designer – Lead Visual Designer to own and scale the visual design system, brand expression, and UI consistency across products. This role defines how the brand shows up across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Visual System Ownership Lead creation and evolution of design systems Define typography, color, spacing, iconography, motion, theming Ensure pixel-perfect execution across platforms Brand × Product Integration Translate brand into scalable UI systems Ensure consistency across product, marketing, and brand Support accessibility, localization, and scalability Design Craft Leadership Drive visual quality, polish, and excellence Conduct reviews and mentor designers Elevate design standards across teams Collaboration Work with UX, Engineering, and Product teams Ensure accurate implementation of design systems Contribute to design ops, governance, and documentation

5–9 years in Visual / UI / Product Design Strong experience building design systems Expertise in typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy Mastery of Figma, design tokens, component-based design Strong portfolio showcasing system thinking + visual craft What Sets You Apart: Strong attention to detail and aesthetics Ability to scale design systems without compromising performance Experience in global / design-mature organizations Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence
