Lead Hunter (Cold Caller)

RUB 20,000

Lead Hunter: cold call potential clients interested in furniture, identify leads, and pass them to operators. Income 10,000–20,000 RUB/month. Flexible schedule up to 4 hours/day, 5/2.

Work with a prepared database of people who previously showed interest in the product. Follow a short script to identify current demand and fix interested leads. Transfer leads to operators. No improvisation required.

Reliable, loyal, and disciplined. Able to follow instructions. No prior experience required; entry-level suitable.

Income: 10,000–20,000 RUB/month (experienced lead hunters earn from 700 RUB/day for 2-3 hours). Daily mentoring from the founder. Growth path to manager in 9–12 months. Training system, lectures on management, friendly team. Birthday and New Year bonuses. Flexible schedule: up to 4 hours/day, 5/2.
