About the service: Bigho.ru is a lead generation service for businesses. We set up ads, filter out empty leads, and guarantee replacements, helping entrepreneurs in renovation, construction, and services get a stable flow of clients at a fixed price. What you will do: • Handle incoming requests from the website and ads • Communicate with entrepreneurs: call, write, present the service • Consult on tariffs and how Bigho works • Conduct online presentations of the personal cabinet • Work with objections • Bring the client to signing a contract and purchasing a tariff package • Record all stages of the deal in CRM

We expect from you: • Sales experience from 6 months • Ability to sell over the phone and in correspondence • Willingness to work with objections (for us this is not a 'scary word', but part of the job) • Determination, stress resistance, and result orientation Will be a plus: • Experience with CRM systems
