Responsibilities: - Call the database, reach decision-makers. - Identify needs: separate interest from 'just looking'. - Qualify clients (from 100 kg) and create leads in Bitrix24. - Transfer the ready request - your task is to open a deal, not close it.

Practitioner with experience in cold calls and reaching decision-makers. Energetic, independent, result-oriented. Accurate with data - CRM without errors. We consider students with 1-2 years of experience as well.

Remote. Test period - 10 working days, payment 1,800 RUB per day. After the test period - guaranteed transition to a long-term system: salary 40,000 RUB plus payment for each client: - 300 RUB for incoming leads, - 800 RUB for cold call clients from the database, - +1,500 RUB for a promising contact found independently. Average income - from 100,000 RUB per month. Special feature: KPIs are formed together. Energy and independence are more important than anything else now.
