IT Sales Manager (Outstaffing)

KVAN is looking for an IT Sales Manager to develop client base and sell outstaffing services. Salary: $800-$1000 + KPI (total income > $3000). Remote, outside of Russia. Contract employment.

We are KVAN, a team of professionals in the IT field. We are currently looking for a sales manager who will take on the task of developing the client base and selling outstaffing services.

Proven experience in IT sales. Experience in selling outstaffing services will be a big advantage. Reside outside of Russia, preferably Europe, CIS. Understand market specifics and be ready for new challenges. English from B2 level for free communication with English-speaking clients. Ability to think strategically and be responsible for results.

Work in a stable IT company. Competitive salary with a base part (total income > $3000). Work schedule +/- 2-3 hours from Moscow time. Loyal management, transparent processes, and clear tasks. Client base is provided. Friendly team without bureaucracy.
