Ticket Support: Fully manage user requests within your segment and log key actions in the database. Collaboration: Fulfill manager's tasks and communicate closely with other company departments.

Communication Skills: You are a master of making outbound calls for service maintenance and upselling. Results-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and promptly track changes in user activity. Loyalty Management: Understanding how to win back clients through personalized offers and personal attention. Administration: Discipline in logging, recording feedback, and managing tickets. Team Player: Ability to effectively interact with related departments and listen to your manager.
