KVAN company is looking for an IT Sales Manager to develop a client base and sell outsourcing services. Salary from $800 to $1000 + KPI, total income over $3000. Remote work, location outside of Russia.

We are KVAN, a team of IT professionals. We are currently looking for a sales manager who will take on the task of developing a client base and selling outsourcing services.

Proven experience in IT sales, selling outsourcing services will be a big advantage. Residing outside of Russia, preferably Europe, CIS. Understanding of market specifics and readiness for new challenges. English from B2 level for free communication with English-speaking clients. Ability to think strategically, be responsible for results.

Work in a stable IT company. Competitive salary with a base component (total income > $3000). Work schedule +/- 2-3 hours from Moscow time. Loyal management, transparent processes, and clear tasks. Client base for work is provided. Friendly team without bureaucracy.
