IT Recruiter

Partnerkin HR is hiring a recruiter for full-cycle recruiting in IT, Digital, and iGaming. Remote, with a fixed salary plus KPI, requires 2+ years of experience and B2 English.

We are a recruiting agency working at the intersection of Digital, IT, Affiliate Marketing, and iGaming. We are expanding our team and looking for a recruiter who can not only find resumes but also understand people, build communication, and bring candidates to a successful offer. Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle from receiving the brief to candidate onboarding. - Search for specialists via LinkedIn, Telegram, professional communities, and non-standard sources. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates' competencies and motivation. - Interact with clients to understand business needs and help find optimal solutions. - Independently manage the candidate pipeline and prioritize vacancies.

Experience in recruiting from 2 years. English from B2. Strong sourcing and interview skills. Ability to work on multiple vacancies simultaneously. Self-reliance, initiative, and result orientation.
