Full-cycle recruitment in accordance with company regulations. Maintaining candidate database and reporting on vacancies. Coordinating candidate requirements with department heads. Checking references and candidate information. Forming and maintaining a talent pool.

Experience in full-cycle recruitment for at least 2 years. Methodological understanding of recruitment techniques. Maintaining candidate database and talent pool. Assessing professional and personal qualities of candidates. Willingness of final candidate to undergo polygraph. Willingness to be dismissed in case of failure to meet targets. Knowledge of modern candidate search methods. Skills in conducting phone, online, and in-person interviews. Competent oral and written communication. Confident PC skills, office software, and job posting sites. Responsibility, communication skills, and result orientation. Willingness to maintain confidentiality and handle personal data. Knowledge of labor law basics.

Salary from 150,000 RUB (net). Workplace: Nizhnyaya Krasnoselskaya Street, 40/12k8. Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from the first day. Willingness to accept fines.
