IT Product Manager for Chatbot Project
Product Manager needed for a growing IT company to launch and develop a chatbot product. Responsibilities include user research, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management. Competitive salary (200k RUB) + bonuses. Remote/office in Moscow.
We are a developing IT company "ALGORITHM". On April 15, 2026, the official launch of the Russian representative office is planned! One of our areas of work is the development of chatbots and information web resources. We work in the b2b segment, our clients are small, medium, and large businesses. We develop truly useful and innovative products that we are confident in! Currently, we are growing and invite a strong Product Manager to our representative office, who will be responsible for the creation, launch, and development of the chatbot from idea to market result, making the product needed by users and profitable for the company. YOUR TASKS: Identify requirements, research user requests and business goals, find the best ways to combine them. Develop a roadmap with a description of the main stages and steps necessary to achieve the goal and satisfy user requests. Manage the product lifecycle from launch to handover to support. Work with product users, both internal and external. Coordinate work with stakeholders: present progress, justify decisions, manage expectations. Evaluate and prioritize hypotheses to discard unpromising hypotheses at the planning stage. Launch A/B tests to determine which product version works better. Analyze quantitative indicators reflecting product interaction with the user, its effectiveness, and impact on business. Adjust the product development strategy, optimize its performance, and achieve set goals. Manage resources, deadlines, risks, and budget. Prepare regular reports and post-analyses. Attend free training sessions and workshops.
Experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in the development of chatbots or digital services. Understanding of chatbot architecture: NLP/NLU, dialog managers, integrations with CRM, payment systems, APIs. Skills in collecting and documenting requirements (PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria). Experience with analytics: defining KPIs, collecting metrics, conducting A/B tests. UX-oriented: working with dialog scenarios, error scenarios, conversion optimization. Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate business tasks into understandable technical tasks. Excellent communication skills, ability to conduct presentations and focus on results. Desire to learn and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.
