HR Recruiter (with English)

Full-cycle IT recruiter with English C1, remote, from 80,000 RUB

Full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end): from request to candidate onboarding. Candidate sourcing via various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, SignalHire, Amazing Hiring, Telegram, hh.ru). Conducting interviews and supporting candidates throughout the process. Regular interaction with managers on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and market situation. Cooperation with recruitment agencies and external partners. Building and developing a candidate database. Working in ATS and HR systems (Bitrix 24, Power BI), maintaining candidate database and recruitment reports. Participation in onboarding of new employees. Periodic communication with employees to identify issues and solutions. Participation in other HR projects.

Higher education. At least 3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency). Cold sourcing experience required. Experience managing full recruitment cycle, knowledge of modern sourcing and assessment tools. Ability to build effective communication with managers and candidates. Experience with CRM systems. English C1, Spanish C1 (preferred). Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions.

Remote work. Salary from 80,000 RUB.
