SKDESIGN is hiring an HR Recruiter in Saint Petersburg. Full-cycle recruitment from profile intake to employee onboarding. Salary from 80,000 RUB. Office-based.

Full-cycle recruitment: from taking profiles from shop managers to employee starting a shift. Actively work with incoming flow and conduct cold search. Use various search channels: HH, Avito, VK, Telegram, professional communities, and own hypotheses. Support newcomers at the start: help on the first working day and coordinate onboarding together with HR. Participate in HR projects: employer branding and corporate culture development.

Experience in recruitment from 2 years, full cycle. Understanding of production recruitment specifics: furniture makers, seamstresses, upholsterers, engineering and technical personnel. Proficiency in a wide range of search tools, not limited to job sites. Result orientation — employee placement, not number of calls. Willingness to propose different approaches to fill difficult vacancies.
