Recruiter for mass hiring of line staff at British Bakeries, salary from 80,000 RUB, office in St. Petersburg.

Responsibilities: — Conduct mass recruitment of line staff: sales assistants, baristas, hall assistants, etc. — Actively use resources for searching and attracting personnel. — Promptly process candidate responses. — Conduct phone interviews and schedule candidates for interviews. — Interact with department heads and receive feedback. — Perform other tasks of the department head.

— Experience in mass recruitment of line staff from 6 months. — Experience in recruiting for public catering will be an advantage. — Skill in systematic funnel management: from first contact to trainee start. — Willingness for active communications and receiving feedback.
