We are a rapidly growing financial company looking for an HR Manager who wants to grow within the company to the position of Head of Personnel. If you are interested not just in "filling vacancies", but in influencing the team, processes, and employee development – we will be glad to meet you. Responsibilities: - Full cycle of personnel recruitment - Conducting interviews and communicating with candidates - Working with the adaptation of new employees - Maintaining reporting and HR accounting - Working with internal processes of the personnel department - Supporting employees and communicating with teams - Organizing congratulations, activities, and corporate culture - Interaction with department heads - Participation in the development of company HR processes
What is important to us: - HR work experience - Ideally – experience in financial companies / fintech / call-center - Desire to learn and develop in the HR field - Ability to work in multitasking mode - Communication skills and love for working with people - Responsibility and initiative - Ability to quickly switch between tasks - Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel will be a plus
