HR Administrator
HR Administrator at Aviasales. Responsibilities include HR administration for international entities, visa support, work permits, and employee support. Requires 3+ years of HR administration experience, experience with international entities, and fluent English (B2+).
Manage HR administration for international legal entities: - Visas, renewals, work permits, tracking deadlines and statuses, supporting employees at all stages; - Interact with local lawyers and contractors (Thailand); - Administer medical insurance: insured lists, billing, communication with brokers and employee consulting; - Manage document flow and maintain articles, guides, knowledge bases; - Process regular employee requests and help resolve non-standard cases (visas, documents, local requirements).
Reside in Phuket or be ready to relocate there promptly; 3+ years of experience in HR or personnel administration; Experience working in an international context (foreign legal entities, experience interacting with foreign contractors/government bodies); Confident spoken English (B2 level or higher); Attention to detail, accuracy, systematic approach: ability to manage multiple processes in parallel, meet deadlines, and not lose anything; Readiness for routine tasks and a large number of repetitive requests without loss of quality; Basic digital literacy: spreadsheets, contract templates, accurate document flow; Ability to maintain a calm and tactful communication style with employees and contractors even in stressful situations.
