HR Manager
HR Manager in Limassol, Cyprus. Coordination of interaction with the Migration Service, contract preparation, HR system administration, employee support, and event organization.
Key responsibilities: - Coordination of interaction with the Migration Service and relevant departments. - Preparation and administration of employment contracts and addendums. - Preparation and management of service agreements; communication with contractors. - Coordination and communication with European business incubators. - Administration of internal HR systems, payroll system, and CRM. - Interaction with Cypriot government institutions, including Ergani, Tax Service, and Social Security Service. - Daily employee support (inquiries, certificates, and operational issues). - Organization of team events (monthly events), distribution of New Year's gifts, as well as birthday gifts and congratulations. - Coordination of work with selected service providers, including contract management and invoice processing.
Skills and experience: - Previous HR experience, including interaction with the Migration Service and other government institutions. - Experience in organizing relocation for third-country nationals (visa processes, work permits, etc.). - Practical experience with HR and CRM systems. - Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of Greek will be an advantage.
