HR Manager / Recruiter (Dubai)

REM House, a full-cycle architectural and construction company in the UAE, is looking for an HR Manager / Recruiter. Salary: 12,000-15,000 AED/month, office/hybrid in Dubai.

REM House is a full-cycle architectural and construction company in the UAE, specializing in premium renovation, renovation, and fit-out of villas and apartments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities: • Full-cycle recruitment for key positions in marketing, sales, design, and construction production: • Creating and posting vacancies • Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates • Tracking metrics (working in Huntflow) • Preparing specialists for onboarding • Document support • Participating in the adaptation of new colleagues

• Experience as a recruiter or HRG from 2 years • Knowledge of competency assessment methods • Proficiency in cold search • Ability to work with platforms hh, LinkedIn, Indeed, Telegram, FB, etc. • English level from B1+ • Independence and initiative • Competent oral and written speech • Experience in the UAE market will be an advantage

• Work in a reliable company (13 years on the market, 4 branches worldwide) • Official employment (Emirates ID) and medical insurance • Salary in the range of 12,000 – 15,000 AED/month • Schedule 5/2 (Sat and Sun - days off) • Format: office / hybrid • Paid vacation and sick leave • Open HRD interested in the development of their department and employees • Pleasant, responsive colleagues and corporate events • Comfortable office in JVC • Possible training at the company's expense *Relocation to Dubai if necessary
