Freedom24 is an international online broker operating in the US, Europe and Asia. The company is looking for an HR Business Partner for its team in Limassol. Responsibilities: • Be a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to business unit heads • Lead key HR processes: performance management, talent development and succession planning • Manage complex employee relations cases • Together with the HR team, optimize processes and implement best practices • Support change management and the development of a high-performance culture in European offices.

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in FinTech, IT or financial sector • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence managers' decisions • Good knowledge of HR processes and employee relations; knowledge of labor legislation of different EU countries • Fluent English — verbal and written • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Experience with modern HR systems; Workable, BambooHR and ClickUp is a big plus.
