Head of HR

International iGaming company seeking experienced Head of HR to lead HR function in Cyprus. Hybrid work, full-time.

Lead and manage the HR function, including recruitment, HR operations and employee relations. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business objectives. Drive end-to-end recruitment, including senior management and C-level positions. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews and retention initiatives. Oversee payroll coordination, employment contracts, benefits and HR administration. Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour legislation and employment regulations. Implement HR KPIs, reporting, performance management and process improvements. Build and develop a high-performing HR team and support organisational growth.

5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in an HR leadership position. Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations and people management. Solid knowledge of Cyprus labour law and HR compliance requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in iGaming, FinTech or high-risk industries is a strong advantage. Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.
