Junior HR Business Partner

Junior HR BP at Safmar Hotels in Moscow. Responsibilities include consulting managers, monitoring HR policy, and organizing corporate events. Requires 2+ years in 4-5 star hospitality.

Consult department heads and the hotel general manager on personnel management. Monitor the implementation of HR policy together with the HR specialist. Advise employees on Russian labor law issues. Set tasks for recruitment and interact with the recruiting specialist. Manage the budget and maintain reports. Maintain conditions for effective and motivated work of employees. Organize corporate events: 'Best Employee' contests, family and sports events. Report to the Head of HR of the holding.

Higher education. Confident knowledge of Russian labor law. Experience in 4-5 star hotels from 2 years. Knowledge of English language. Ability to make balanced decisions independently.
