The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategy in line with business priorities, advising managers on personnel management and organizational development, supporting organizational changes and transformation projects, coordinating HR processes in talent management, recruitment efficiency, development, employee rewards, and communicating HR projects and brand.
