HR / Affiliate Recruiter

HR / Affiliate Recruiter for igaming project in Limassol, Cyprus. Must have igaming experience and be based in Limassol.

We are urgently looking for an active HR specialist who can find strong affiliates, understands the specifics of Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets, and is ready to quickly strengthen the team in a large igaming project. Main tasks: - Recruiting affiliates from regular specialists to Team Leads. - Finding candidates for office work in Cyprus and remote. - Constantly searching for new candidates and building a strong talent pool. - Evaluating employee performance, tracking results and work dynamics. - Timely identifying underperforming employees and organizing their replacement. - Interacting with hiring managers to recruit and evaluate candidates. - Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

Experience recruiting affiliates and understanding Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets. Understanding where to find relevant candidates and how to effectively fill vacancies. Ability to evaluate employee performance and make data-driven decisions. Working level of English. Already residing in Cyprus, in Limassol. Willing to work directly from the office.

Office-only format in Limassol. Relocation is not considered. Remote and hybrid formats are not considered. Urgent hiring - need to start quickly!
