HR (Affiliate Hiring) in iGaming

HR role in Limassol, Cyprus for hiring Affiliate Managers and Team Leads in iGaming, full-time, office-based.

We are looking for an HR to recruit Affiliate Managers and Affiliate Team Leads working with Tier 2 / Tier 3 GEOs. Responsibilities: find and attract candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, iGaming communities and own network; conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates' experience, GEO, results and understanding of CPA/RevShare/Hybrid; manage full recruitment cycle from search to offer and start; coordinate onboarding and adaptation; track performance of hired employees; identify and replace underperformers; maintain pipeline and candidate database.

2+ years of recruitment experience; experience in iGaming/betting/casino; understanding of affiliate specifics and Tier 2/Tier 3 markets; experience in proactive passive candidate search; ability to evaluate real results, not just experience; English from B1; systematic, independent, results-oriented. Nice to have: own network in iGaming affiliates, experience hiring Affiliate Managers/Team Leads, involvement in SiGMA/iGB.

Fixed salary + bonus for each employee who successfully passes probation. KPI - quality of pipeline, number of relevant candidates, hires and results of hired employees. Office-based in Limassol, Cyprus. Relocation, remote and hybrid not considered. Must already reside in Cyprus.
