AGS Venture Lab is seeking an Executive Recruiter in Moscow City to close C-level and complex financial roles (CEO/COO/CFO/CBDO/CIO/CCO) and build a measurable hiring funnel. Salary from 250,000 RUB net, full-time, on-site.

AGS Venture Lab is a division of AGS Group that launches and scales technology projects for international commodity trading, turning operational and market bottlenecks into digital products and standalone businesses. For the first 3 months, the focus is on: - Direct search and closing of key leadership positions; HR team assists with sourcing. - Building a managed hiring funnel: measurable and repeatable, instead of one-off closures.

Independent closing of top positions for 3+ years Direct search, social engineering Ability to turn a business task into selection criteria Order in ATS/CRM or own reporting system Discipline of a middle+ project manager

Income from 250,000 NET Schedule 5/2 Office format
