Norin Agency is seeking a remote Content Manager (Middle/Middle+) with 3+ years of SMM experience. Responsibilities include developing content strategies, creating content for social media, editing Reels, and analyzing performance. Salary range: 70,000 - 150,000 RUB.

We are a marketing agency, Norin Agency. We work with projects where meaning, strategy, and systematic growth are important, not just 'managing social media'. We are looking for strong content managers of middle, middle+ level who will become part of our team and develop our cool clients' projects on social media with us. Niches we work with: tourism, medicine, real estate and investments, personal brands of entrepreneurs, fashion, psychology. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop content strategies: audit, persona map, competitive analysis, rubricator, content plan. • Implement the strategy: write posts, storytelling formats, create omnichannel content. • Come up with ideas and write scripts for Reels, edit videos. • Work in a team, assign tasks to a designer. • Publish content on client social media. • Work with analytics and maintain weekly and monthly project reports.

• SMM experience from 3 years. • Agency experience is a plus. • Initiative and developed soft skills. • Responsibility and ability to be accountable for results. • Understanding of social media principles and algorithms (Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, VK). • Good eye for detail, understanding of trends and SMM logic. • Desire to grow and work with projects long-term.
