AI content agency ICG is looking for a content manager to oversee the production of short videos. Remote work, flexible schedule, salary 60-140K RUB + bonuses. Requires 1+ year of experience in SMM or a Reels agency.

We are an AI content agency, ICG. We create 10,000+ short videos per month. We produce videos for brands in the talking head format for Reels/Shorts/TikTok and scale production. We work with various industries and clients from CIS to the USA. We are looking for a content manager – someone who will manage content production: → Select the best scripts from trends → Assign tasks to editors – clearly, the first time, without revisions → Review videos (engaging hook, dynamic inserts, the video looks lively and suits the industry and target audience) → Monitor account growth – understand what works and what to test to achieve growth

You are a good fit if: — You have 1+ year of experience in an SMM agency or Reels agency, or very strong freelance case studies — You have managed multiple projects simultaneously — You watch Reels not as a viewer, but as an analyst — You know how to set technical specifications and coordinate a team
