Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in an SMM agency or Reels agency, or very good freelance cases; - Managed several projects simultaneously; - View Reels not as a viewer, but as an analyst; - Able to set technical specifications and coordinate a team.

Conditions: - Remote work, schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM Moscow time; - Fixed salary of 60-140K RUB depending on grade and number of accounts + bonuses for account growth; - Fast growth within the team.
