Responsibilities: - Develop content strategies: audit, persona map, competitive analysis, rubricator, content plan - Implement strategy: write posts, storytelling formats, create omnichannel content - Come up with ideas and write scripts for Reels, edit videos - Work in a team, assign tasks to a designer - Publish content on client social media - Work with analytics and maintain weekly and monthly project reports

Requirements: • SMM experience of 3+ years • Agency experience is a plus • Initiative and developed soft skills • Responsibility and ability to be accountable for results • Understanding of social media principles and algorithms (Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, VK) • Good eye for trends, understanding of SMM logic • Desire to grow and work on long-term projects
