Capital Markets Manager at International Bank for Economic Cooperation. Salary: 350,000-400,000 rubles/month. Responsibilities include participating in financing deals, bond and CFA issuances, documentation, and investor relations.

Responsibilities: - participate in financing deals for the bank and clients; - accompany bond and CFA issuances at all stages; - prepare and coordinate issuance and other documentation for deals and placements; - interact with the exchange, NSD, consultants, investors, rating agencies, and other market participants; - participate in information disclosure, preparation of notifications, reporting, and other mandatory materials; - prepare presentations and materials for investors; - accompany deals after placement, including payments, corporate actions, and document flow; - participate in industry events, conferences, and working meetings with market participants.
