Call Center Operator

Remote call center operator for outbound informational calls to a client base, no cold sales. Fixed salary, 5/2 schedule from 4 hours/day.

Make calls to a ready client base following a clear script. Goal: briefly determine client interest and, if interested, transfer the contact to a sales specialist. Record the result of each conversation in the CRM. Follow the communication script and call quality agreements.

Clear speech, friendly tone, pleasant voice. Confident PC user. Candidate must have a computer or laptop, stable internet, and a quiet place for calls. Experience in outbound calls or call centers is a plus but not required—training will be provided.

Remote work via convenient internet telephony. Schedule 5/2, from 4 hours per day. Days and hours of work are agreed in advance, taking into account convenient call days. Both full and part-time employment possible. Fixed salary depending on hours worked. Payments twice a month. Clear performance criteria and regular feedback on calls.
