We, 'Doska Trafika', help businesses grow through digital marketing. Your task is to find interest, qualify leads and transfer interested clients to a manager. Responsibilities: - Handle outgoing calls and leads using a ready script. - Conduct short phone or text dialogues to identify interest. - Qualify clients by clear criteria (suitable/not suitable for our product). - Transfer ready leads to the sales department. - Record all results and work status in the CRM system. Optional: collect a database of potential clients (B2C) according to specified parameters.

Qualifications: - Competent oral and written speech, clear pronunciation. - Confident PC user, basic understanding of CRM (a plus, but we will teach). - Ability to quickly navigate dialogue and hear the interlocutor. - Responsibility, attention to detail and compliance with agreements. - Experience in call center, support or lead generation is welcome, but we will consider candidates without experience. Technical requirements for remote work: - Reliable PC or laptop. - Stable high-speed internet. - Headset (headphones with microphone). - Quiet home corner without extraneous noise during work.
