Call Center Operator

Part-time operator job, from 190-270 RUB/hour, bonus per lead, remote within Russia.

We are an outsourced sales department with various projects including schools, legal entities, cargo transportation, and manufacturers. Work with legal entity databases ensures no negative calls to individuals. Responsibilities include presenting client services and generating requests for transfer to managers, with training and scripts provided.

Clear and articulate speech, responsibility, quiet home office. Experience with cold calls for over a year is a plus with special conditions.

Shift schedules 10:00-14:00 and 14:00-18:00. Hourly rate from 190 to 270 RUB/hour, bonus 150-400 RUB per lead depending on project (not for all projects). Payment every 10 shifts; monthly bonus of 150 RUB per application. Full-time 10:00-18:00 salary 30,000-40,000 RUB.
