Call Center Manager (Remote)

Main task is to contact the client, clarify their request, and schedule a meeting or measurement. Communication via chat and phone. No cold calling, no selling. Work follows ready scripts and checklists; full training provided. Responsibilities: - Process warm applications after chatbot. - Communicate with clients via chat and phone. - Qualify clients using a checklist. - Schedule meetings or measurements. - Record results and pass information along. A supervisor is always available for support.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Calm and friendly demeanor. Responsibility: timely handling of requests. Willingness to follow scripts and agreements. Experience in telemarketing or call centers is a plus. Candidates without experience are considered.
