Outsourced sales department seeking call center operators for part-time work from 4 hours. Salary from 190 to 270 RUB/hour plus bonuses per lead. Work with B2B databases, no cold calls to individuals.

We are an outsourced sales department handling various projects to attract clients. Currently, there are different projects for work: schools, legal entities, cargo transportation, manufacturers. We work with B2B databases, so there is no negativity during calls. No calls to individuals. Telephony for the operator works if you are in Russia. - Call to present the client's service and generate a lead - Transfer the lead to a manager and receive a bonus of 150 RUB per lead (paid at the end of the month) - Dialogues follow ready-made scripts; you will be trained and supported at the start

Schedules: 10:00-14:00 and 14:00-18:00 Rate from 190 to 270 RUB/hour (special conditions for those with over a year of cold calling experience) Bonus per lead: 150-400 RUB depending on the project (not for all projects, need to clarify) Salary for full schedule 10:00-18:00: 30,000-40,000 RUB Payment every 10 shifts
