Call Center Operator (Remote, Full-Time)

Remote full-time call center operator for a delivery service. Pay 250 RUB/hour plus 3 KPI bonuses, average income 50,000–90,000 RUB. Shift schedule 6–13 hours; training 3–5 days.

Responsibilities: - Accepting orders by phone, website, app and aggregator - Working in messengers (consultations, feedback) - Connecting guests with restaurants - Monitoring delivery times and informing about delays - Resolving disputes and handling complaints - Interacting with restaurants in chats and by phone

PC/laptop, headset, stable wired internet Readiness to install software on PC Complete silence during shift Stress resistance, competent speech Experience in catering or a call center is an advantage

Employment under a civil law contract Shift schedule from 6 to 13 hours (paid breaks), delivery work time from 11:00 MSK 250 RUB/hour + 3 KPI indicators (average income 50,000–90,000 RUB) Payments 2 times a month without delays Training with a mentor 3–5 days (200 RUB/hour) Internet compensation Important!
