Call Center Operator

RUB 40,000

Outsourcing sales department seeks operators for cold calling B2B clients (schools, legal entities, freight, manufacturers). Hourly rate 190-270 RUB, bonuses per lead. Remote, must be in Russia.

We are an outsourcing sales department. We take on various projects to attract clients. Currently, we have different projects: working with schools, legal entities, freight transportation, manufacturers. We work with databases of legal entities, so there is no negativity during calls. No calls to individuals.

Clear and competent speech, responsibility, quiet home office.

Schedule: 10:00-14:00 and 14:00-18:00. Rate: 190-270 RUB/hour (special conditions for those with 1+ year cold calling experience). Bonus per lead: 150-400 RUB depending on project. Payment every 10 shifts. Full schedule 10:00-18:00 salary: 30,000-40,000 RUB. Telephony provided for operators located in Russia.
