Call Center Operator

Remote call center operator for ООО «МАГИСТРАЛЬ», official representative of TAREX oils. Cold calling, 150 calls per day, CRM Bitrix24, schedule 5/2, salary 1500 ₽ per shift plus 5000 ₽ per signed contract.

ООО «МАГИСТРАЛЬ» — official representative of TAREX oils, working with motor, hydraulic, transmission and industrial oils for trucks, agricultural and special machinery. Responsibilities: make cold calls from a ready database (at least 150 calls per day), receive and process incoming calls, work according to a ready script, record results in Bitrix24.

Experience as an operator or in a call center. Cold calling experience is mandatory. Confident PC user. Experience with Bitrix24 and IP telephony. Own computer or laptop and stable internet. Competent speech, responsibility, and ability to communicate with clients.

Fully remote work. Schedule 5/2, from 09:00 to 17:00 (Bashkiria time). 1500 ₽ per shift. + 5000 ₽ for each signed contract. Payments twice a month (15th and 30th). Training, ready scripts, and supervisor support. Official employment.
