Business Development / Partner Manager (Payments)

Business Development / Partner Manager for a payments network scaling across Asia. Responsibilities include onboarding partners, building liquidity, managing Telegram communities, and driving growth. Requires experience in payments/P2P/crypto/OTC ecosystems and strong deal-closing skills.

We’re scaling an in-house payments network across Asia — and we need someone who can build the engine, not just manage it. WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Bring in and onboard team leaders, wallet holders & counteragents • Build and scale partner liquidity across RUB / KZ / UZ / AZ • Run a high-activity Telegram community (real engagement, real flow) • Push promos, referral systems & growth loops that convert • Keep daily ops running smooth and fast • Expand and activate new partner channels constantly

WE WANT SOMEONE WHO: • Knows payments / P2P / crypto / OTC ecosystems • Can source partners and close deals fast • Lives in Telegram and understands how these networks move • Executes quickly without overthinking • Builds systems, not just follows instructions
