Business Development Manager

International company is looking for a BizDev for their team in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time, office-based role. Responsibilities include client prospecting, deal closing, and business development.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role with a direct contribution to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and target potential clients (international markets) • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline • Conduct introductory calls with potential clients • Understand client needs and business objectives • Present solutions and proposals • Negotiate and close deals, and finalize contracts • Build long-term client relationships • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Identify new market opportunities • Analyze competitors and industry trends • Contribute to sales strategy and positioning

• Proven experience in business development / sales • Experience working with international clients • Experience in IT / Marketing / Digital / Agency (a big plus) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Experience with outbound sales • Ability to manage the full sales cycle • Results-oriented mindset Ideal Candidate: • A strong salesperson with a commercial mindset • Proactive and self-driven • Comfortable with cold outreach • Strategic thinker with an execution focus • Experience in a fast-paced growth environment
